Hunt for Good is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to sustainably managing New Zealand’s wild deer populations while nourishing families and communities in need.
By working alongside experienced volunteer hunters, supportive landowners, and local businesses, we harvest high-quality wild venison and donate it to food banks and community groups across the Bay of Plenty, Hawke’s Bay, and Manawatū regions.
Our mission is to restore ecological balance, reduce waste, and provide a valuable source of nutritious meat to those doing it tough—turning an environmental challenge into a meaningful solution that strengthens communities for generations to come.
